General Policies
Smoking
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. No smoking inside any covered structures. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older. The host is not responsible for ensuring responsible consumption. No alcohol is to be served to minors.
Children & Supervision
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Pool Safety
The pool area is use-at-your-own-risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times. No diving. No glass near the pool.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required when booking.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted: fireworks, open flames (except approved candles), illegal substances, weapons, pets (unless pre-approved service animals), confetti or glitter, and any items that may cause permanent damage to the property.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we use our own vendors/caterers?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer, or decorator. We offer a flexible BYOV (Bring Your Own Vendor) policy.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available nearby.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 2 months ahead. Peak season (May–September) dates fill quickly — we recommend booking early.
How do I reserve a date?
Submit a quote request via email and phone number, or use our booking page.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage walkthroughs. Contact us to schedule an in-person visit.
