Venue Policies
General Policies
Operating Hours
The venue is available Friday through Sunday. Friday hours are 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday hours are 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM. All events must conclude by 11:00 PM.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. No smoking inside any covered structures. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older. The host is responsible for ensuring responsible consumption. No alcohol is to be served to minors. Glass containers are not permitted near the pool area.
Music & Noise
Music is welcome but must comply with local noise ordinances. Amplified music must end by 10:00 PM. Acoustic or low-volume music may continue until event end. Please be respectful of neighboring properties.
Children & Supervision
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The host assumes full responsibility for the safety and behavior of all minors present.
Pool Safety
The pool area is use-at-your-own-risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times. No diving. No glass near the pool. The host assumes responsibility for pool safety during their event.
Cleaning
Basic cleanup is expected after your event. Please bag all trash and place in designated bins. Remove all personal decorations and belongings. A post-event cleaning fee may apply if the venue is left in an unreasonable condition.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit will be returned within 5-7 business days after the event, provided no damage has occurred and all policies have been followed.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted: fireworks, open flames (except approved candles), illegal substances, weapons, pets (unless pre-approved service animals), confetti or glitter, and any items that may cause permanent damage to the property.

Can we use our own vendors/caterers? +
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer, or decorator. We offer a flexible BYOV (Bring Your Own Vendor) policy.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available nearby. We recommend guests use rideshare services for evening events.
Is there a dressing room?
A private preparation area is available for hosts. Please mention this need when booking.
Do you provide decorations?
The venue includes ambient lighting and ceiling clouds as standard. Custom décor can be arranged through our recommended vendors or your own.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book 4–5 months ahead. Peak season (May–September) dates fill quickly — we recommend booking early.
How do I reserve a date?
Submit a quote request, receive your custom proposal, and secure your date with a 50% deposit.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage walkthroughs. Contact us to schedule an in-person or virtual tour.
Is live music allowed?
Yes, with volume reduced after 10 PM per local guidelines.
